St. Canice’s Boy’s National School are extremely fortunate to have a very hard working and committed group of parents on our Parents’ Association. 

Our Parents’ Association undertake a number of fundraising activities throughout the school year.  The Parents’ Association raise funds through organising sponsored walks as well as raffles.  These fundraising activities have provided much welcome funding that gives the school the opportunity to purchase a huge number of resources that continue to enhance the learning experiences of children in our school.

Our Parents’ Association have provided a huge amount of financial suppport for our school.  Over the years they have provided much welcome funding for ICT, educational resources, recreational resources as well as resources to enhance the exterior environment of our school.  

One of the Parents’ Association’s most recent projects was to raise funds for garden furniture for our both our school garden and school yards.  The picnic benches and garden seats have proved a great success and are used by classes all year round.
